My aunt died suddenly on the 27th Dec and we had her funeral yesterday afternoon.  My Mum's been coping alright really, I've tried to encourage her to talk about all the good memories and good times.  When she told me in the week that she had lost another sister I told her to remember all the joy and good times she'd had with them, because there

Thanks, T appreciate it. It was a shock more than anything, she hadn't been ill. And being so close to Christmas as well, it was quite hard on my Mum, but she's a little better now after the funeral.

So sorry *hugs* It's horrible when you realise you only see people at funerals; I think everyone needs more bleeding weddings, really. Ugh.
