You should weld your own metal bar. OR was it, crowbar?

And do a really half assed job of welding it, so that:
a) there's lots of sharp little specks of scratchy metal splashed about on it;
b) the welds are weak so there's a good chance the thing will splinter and leave some real jagged sharp metal edges that'll cut someone up real good?
