I live in Jessup. Best known for its prison and being next to Columbia (south of Balto but north of the DC area). I google-mapped it (I think I just made up a new verb!) and it is just over an hour from Newark. I don't know much about Delaware except it is small (landwise, no offense intended), has no sales tax (I think?), and my company has its plant in Milford, DE (which I have no idea where it is in relation to Newark).

I will add you to the filter.

Yes, Delaware is small (I have a shirt that says Dela-WHERE? on it!) and we have no sales tax on anything, which is the nicest thing in the world! And Milford is more towards lower DE, not that close to me. :-)
