Stress Issues

My Dad is currently in the hospital, and they aren't sure what's wrong with him. He was supposed to come up here to visit today. I am internally freaking out. I spent the first half of the afternoon feeling sick, trying to sleep, and then needing to move somewhere, anywhere. I finally wrote about how I felt like my brain would explode and splatter
