So Saturday night I got a call from my brother who told me that it sounds like Dad's gall bladder was producing gall stones(later we found out that it wasn't really gall stones, more like gall sludge) , which in turn worked its way into the pancreas. This whole process is very painful for the individual undergoing it. However, it is not life

I'm happy to hear that you dad is doing better. That must have been pretty nervewracking to go through and not be able to know too much about what was going on.

And I find it interesting that dispite the pain killers he could till remember that he didn't like you driving at night.
