Annabell came back home today after being gone for 3 days. She was back to her slim self, and there were no signs of any puppies. I used my ninja skills and found her hiding place. So do mum dogs normally abandon their bebes like that in the wild? That seems so odd.

She didn't abandon them. She came home to eat, she hadn't eaten in 3 days. Then went back to them. When we found the pups, she was with them. She had them hidden pretty good, we couldn't believe how she even managed to get to the place herself. She's a good momma!

there we go - all better...i added you back. i really was hoping that you would see that post and respond. i'll never forget, and will always appreciate what you did for us/how you helped us when our little fur baby, milo, was sick. it really meant a lot to us, and helped up make a very hard decision. oh, and i've also got another journal now. one that i just created not that long ago - my happy dr. suggested it. it's kind of scary in there, but you are more than welcome to come in if you're interested. take a look at the "rules" (haha) on the public post, and leave me a comment if you want me to add you. it's distant_storms.
