i had this notice on my door the other day, saying that the owners of my apartment and some state inspector people were going to enter my apartment to inspect it on thursday. so i spent all wednesday night cleaning up so it would look presentable. they get here at like 12 or something, knock on my door, so i open it. there are three guys
