My entry is finished and betaed. My question is, is it a "must be posted by January 3rd, earlier is allowed" sort of thing, or is it a "Post only on January 3rd" sort of thing?

You must post by January 3rd. Earlier is fine. I also don't care about the format as long as you indicate who it is for.
