it's nice to see that after all this time and amidst all the excitement about the upcoming season people are still writing naomi/emily.

Yeah there's still some of us hardcore Gen 2 fans floating around. There's just something about the generation that we can't seem to let go of. Just, fell in the love with the characters you know?

Not hating on the new Gen (I am smitten with Freya/Mini!!) I just LOVE Gen 2 is all.

I joined the Skins Gen 2 bandwagon like 8 months after the S4 finale premiered, and only started to come out of lurking recently, which sucks cause Fandom has died down drastically as far as Gen 2 goes. So it's nice to know that there's still appreciation for the generation in some fans out there.

I'm glad you enjoyed Katie's POV on the girls. I was aiming to kind of write the missing scene from 4.04 that we didn't get to see on TV, except in my own vision!

I'm actually in the midst of writing a much longer companion piece to this, set after S4. Still Katie centric -- because I just love her to death, but of course with the company of our favorite lesbian couple who appear to be happy, but nothing's perfect because really -- based on that S4 ending are they really "happily ever after?" Stay tuned!
