Paint Continued
Paint Continued: I went and looked at the paint samples at the store last night, and compared them to how they looked on the web. I did this because the color display on my monitor, or on John's monitor, are not the same as each other or the same as the paint sample cards at the store. I still have reservations about the Harmonic Tan-- I think it's green. It looks green. Kind of like that Clay Pebble-- it's tan, or it's supposed to be, but it's green. But I bought my little pints of paint and am going to see how it looks on a few walls.
Someone just got a fresh cup of coffee that smells delightful. Me want coffee. *meeaahhh!*
And I think someone paid my co-workers to be nice to me this week or something. Someone told me my outfit looked nice, and another told me my hair looks good. Very odd.
10:48pm EDT: ETA that while I was at the grocery store, weirdness was still afoot. While walking down an aisle, blonde sunshine hippie flower girl commented, "that's a nice sweater". Dude, it's like 7 years old, and I got it at Target. What is UP with the sweater today? The coworker said it was a really nice sweater set and a great color on me. Just odd. No one (er, ok, no one besides John) compliments how I look. It's just really odd for plain me.
John and I are back to two colors, Plum Shade and Carriage Door for the house. We need a light-to-medium Tan that doesn't look green. *Then* we will be set to start painting. It hink.
Carpet will be installed July 3.
