Hello again, I know how it feels for plans to fall through. But consider this; at least you have a fiancee! I'm glad it is still working out for you two after all this time, I'm afraid I've been a little out of contact myself. How was the last few years for you in Cam? I only wish I could have stayed longer myself, but alas it was not to be.
Hello! Lovely to hear from you. How are things? Send me an email (post Cambridge address is katefjohnson@gmail.com)/contact me on skype - it would be lovely to have a chat!
Well I was on holiday for a month and not applying for jobs so that was nice. We went to Florence for a week and then via overnight (and very exciting) train through France to stay with my parents in Brittany. Steph left about three weeks ago and so now I'm at home all by myself :(
I'm glad stuff is still going so well with you two - hooray fiancée!
What kind of jobs are you applying for? Anything in particular or "anything I'm qualified for which pays money"? Are you intending to stay near Cambridge, or somewhere around your parents' area, or somewhere else...?

I find applying for jobs thoroughly demoralising. I tend to need someone else in the room to stop me procrastinating over it.
What else has been taking up your time?
