Donations for Stephanie
I have received several comments and e-mails asking about donating to Stephanie to help her rebuild her life. You guys are amazing! I am attaching a Paypal donation button to this entry for anyone who wishes to contribute something. Any amount would be helpful. Donations will go into my Paypal account and will be withdrawn in cash to give to her. I will post receipts verifying this. I will also be letting her in on my LJ secret so she knows exactly where this kindness is coming from (I don't share the LJ with co-workers normally).
I am going to draw names for jewelry related prizes for those who donate. You will be entered no matter how much your donation is.
As far as household items, I am not sure what she will need yet. People at work are all bringing in boxes of stuff for her to go through, and some of us went out last night and bought her items. I will try to get a list of what she still needs later in the week. I would hate for folks to go through the trouble of shipping items that may not be needed.
