A vanishing cabinet? You don't say. There are only a handful of those in existence, I believe. Florence, Florence... Let me do some research on its origins.

Testing, yes. This is good. The location of the other one does not matter-- unless of course we can find it. And then we can sell them separately. Let's say it's an added feature and sell the mystery as well. 800 Galleons.

Yes, I placed a cat in there (a stray) and it simply disappeared, it is quite definitely a vanishing cabinet. I believe it to have been made sometime in the 18th century, due to the design and engravings.

I believe that finding it would be best, in order to establish some sort of knowledge on where a person would end up if pushed inside. It would hardly do to try get rid of a person and have them show up in a Ministry storeroom.

Have you tried using a summoning charm for the cat from our side of the cabinet? Just to make sure it's still alive.

I think, perhaps, the best way to figure out where the cabinet leaves is to have someone go in and then come back to tell us. Do you think this is the right moment to hire a new clerk?

Alexander. I highly doubt Accio stray cat would bring back the one cat we desire, and I do not wish to be covered in cats.

I definitely think this is time to hire a new clerk.
