I teach preschool and sometimes when we can't go outside, we play games like "Show me how your hands say..." and "Invisble Instruments." I took these games out of a movement games book, but they can easily be created. "Show me how your hands say..." is my favorite of the bunch, because it's interesting watch kids do it. You give commands like "show me how your hands say hello" or "show me how your hands say 'I'm cold'" and watch how the children do these things. It's pretty funny.
Another good game I play with my kids is "It's not hard" (a song/game I learned at GS camp and modified to fit the motor skills of three-and-four year olds) I always lead the group by chanting "It's not hard; I tell you so. Just sing along and go like so" and do basic movements like clapping or patting my head. It's like Simon Says, only with singing involved.
