Tifa's primary outfit is the Amano design she can be outfitted with in Duodecim. Very similar to her Final Fantasy VII outfit, this is the one she is usually seen in.
as a secondary outfit Tifa will sometimes wear her clothing from the original game. The cowboy outfit is... probably not going to happen. Except I think it's cute so there's always a chance. ;)
