The font on my computer has changed.  Suddently when I type a text, it's too light on certain posts.  It might be fine when I answer someone's post, but when I type a response in a community, the type is too light.  When the post goes through, it look normal.  Can anyone help me?  I have Mozella and Vista ( Read more... )

I don't have a clue how to help, but are you sure the font changed on your computer? Maybe it's something with the layout or theme in that community?

The problem is that I don't know how to regain clear type. That is program that makes text appear in all web sites smooth. It is built in. For some reason, my clear type will now longer work that for all websites (like LJ) If I'm on Twitter, it's fine, but not any response in a community. Very weird.

Oh, I didn't even know about clear type in Vista. :)

I found this article, maybe it will help: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/why-do-my-windows-vista-fonts-look-horrible/

Aw...that was great to see. Unfortunately, my settings are exactly like that. I have clear type in there with the right boxes checked. Just will not work like it did before. As I'm typing this, the clear type is working. Everything is exactly the same. I can answer anyone on LJ with the clear type working. I can't in some communities like ONTD. There it will not work. Also when I asked for help in LJ, when I typed it....the clear type was not working!

Other places like twitter, it is fine (I'm on twitter) my emails are fine. Just that ONTD site, LOL. I haven't tried with other communities yet.
