As far as weightloss...here's the deal. In my opinion, calorie counting is essential. You need to figure out how many calories you can have a day to be healthy yet lose weight. For example, I was having 1200-1400 cals a day. Working out 5 days a week. Half hour weights, hour of cardio or vice versa. I have found a lifestyle change. This way it helps to keep more permanent results. Once you find a groove that works for you, you'll be fine
