ABBY BOYLEN/CLOUD 9 (dropped)

Abby is liked, but almost grudgingly. It's odd because usually the unreasonably nice/COWARDLY/USELESS (sorry, Abby, but she totally sees it that way) type isn't too interesting to her because she figures she can't get much out of them-- and that was definitely how she first viewed Abby. But she's starting to see there's some steel in there after all, and that is pretty sweet. Plus she brought Carrie ice cream when she really needed some so that pretty much guarantees her a special place in Robinheart forever.

BELLATRIX LESTRANGE

If there's anyone Carrie's pretty sure she ought not like, it's Bellatrix. And it's not in the same way that she probably shouldn't like Miho, either. Bellatrix seems to have an outright psychopathic murdering side to her. Maybe. She's not sure about that yet, and she's not sure if she wants to know. Batman wouldn't turn a blind eye to something like that, no, but… well, for now at least, Bella's the not-terribly-difficult-to-manipulate lady that got Carrie her dog. That makes her okay in Carrie's book. For now. Well delusions don't last forever, sadly. Carrie still likes her, but knows to be careful of her and knows that she is really really not a very good person.

pureblood

BRUCE WAYNE/BATMAN (dropped)

He's… old! Older than usual! How strange? She's a little intimidated because he's even more stern and gruff than she knew him, and also he's not Batman anymore. Kind of hard to wrap her head around that one. But she's convincing herself he's still the same guy, even if she kind of feels the urge to step behind Terry whenever this Bruce is around. (Might have something to do with her spectacular screw-up with the Joker right around the time Bruce arrived.)
And now, suddenly, a young Bruce! It's even stranger than having a too-old Bruce, as it turns out. But somehow less intimidating -- which could be because he didn't see the highly-embarrassing Joker fiasco. But still, the boss is the boss, and she'll take him.
She appreciates that he's here (and that he doesn't hate her over the whole Tim fiasco), but she doesn't have the connection with him that she had back home. She chalks this up to a difference in universes, but mostly due to the fact that it's not just the two of them anymore. Batman has a lot of associates and allies here, and she doesn't quite fit into the equation. She's still Robin, she's sure of that, but she's not really part of "Batman and Robin" anymore. Which isn't too devastating, because, well, her in-City hero Jason wasn't part of "Batman and Jason".
And now suddenly the same young Bruce! Only, this time around she doesn't want his attention. It'd been so long since she had it that she grew closer to Jason instead, and started adapting his ways, and, wwweeelll you just don't want Batman hanging over your shoulder while you go around killing criminals. He's already threatened to hunt her down once, and then DID hunt her down once (but just to talk), and she's pretty sure that she just would rather never see him again.

kingofrooks

JAMES 'BUCKY' BUCHANAN

Never has there been a more confusing sort of guy. Carrie's never quite sure with him if she's trolling or being trolled, and it doesn't help that both of them talk around corners and never quite say what they mean. It makes things terribly complicated. But she's absolutely certain that he has a dozen interesting stories and intriguing facts that he's not telling her- so she'll keep prodding and prying until she gets them.

deadthenred

CHARLIE GAGE-RADCLIFF/MISFIT

While she really liked Charlie at first, she's yet another person Carrie's made an attempt to cut ties from recently. In fact, it was sort of Charlie's accusation, when she told Carrie she wasn't acting much like a Robin, that kicked the whole identity-shucking process off. So, rather than pit herself against Charlie, someone she'd really liked and might even be a tiny bit (bittersweetly) grateful toward, Carrie is choosing instead to just back away from her and stay neutral.

foreverbouncing

CLARK KENT/SUPERMAN

Holy crap it's Superman. o_o Well okay the impact of him has been slightly lessened by the fact that 1) she's dealt with him in canon, 2) she's long since learned that he's a much better guy here than there, 3) she's gotten to know Kara and Kon relatively well, and 4) she's seen a lot of crazily overpowered people around here. Still, she was a little underprepared for… how nice of a guy he really was. It's kind of disarming.

truthjusticeetc

DAMIAN WAYNE/ROBIN

Bruce Wayne's… son? What…? By all rights that should make him awesome, right? She hasn't talked to him much so far, but he seems not too bad.
Aannnndddd he's back! It means she's not the only Robin around anymore, which is weird, but... he's still not too bad. Not friend-material, but not awful.
Now that he's back again, she's gotten to know him much better. He's the Robin who's style and ethics align most closely to hers! And while she's unwilling to kill in front of him or ever go quite that far, she appreciates how generally hard on criminals he is. It's a little taste of home. :') She's currently cut off from all the Bats, with Damian as the exception.

xuffasch

DANNY RAND/IRON FIST (dropped)

Recommended as an instructor by Jason, so she has faith-by-proxy in him. She's a little annoyed that he kind of gave away her identity to anyone paying attention, but since he's so good at what he does she kind of just has to live with it. He's since proven himself to be an impressive teacher and a generally sweet guy, and she's developed a loyalty both to him and to his dojo.

iron_fister

DICK GRAYSON/BATMAN

F…first Robin? *_* So cool! She hasn't talked to him much though, and she's awfully embarrassed that he was around to see her faux pas with the Joker, so for a while she wasn't sure she wanted to talk to him. Right up until Jason swooped in for a surprise visit with him during her training session with Danny, and now she's pretty much over the embarrassment. He's a cool bro. 8)
She's gotten to know him much better over time, and he used to be the only Bat that had figured out she was using Jason's methods a little too faithfully. He's been the only one so far to make her maybe rethink doing it, and she changed her costume mainly to stop disappointing him. Robins don't kill, after all, and he was the one that coined it... so, she'll just not be Robin anymore.

batmantled

GAMZEE MAKARA

Gamzee is someone Carrie would have been perfectly content staying away from, if not for Tavros. The fact that he's so close to Tavros definitely makes him fair game for investigation, so she's been keeping an eye on him.

hasgonehonkers

HARVEY DENT/TWO-FACE

She wants to like him, because he's both amusing/fun to tease and nice, but he's… Harvey Dent. Two-Face. She calls him One-Face, but each time she does it reminds her of who he ought to be. Pretty uneasy with this guy, if only because she wants to like him so much. WHY CAN'T YOU JUST BE A VILLAIN, JEEZ.
Well, things are simpler since he came back and WAS a villain. Only now she misses the old Harvey a lot. Dammit, why's he gotta be a villain, jeez.

indentcision

HIRUMA YOUICHI (dropped)

This guy is… really badass, actually. Not in the same league as any of the big names from back home, of course, but just under that! He's obviously good at what he does, and really intelligent, and possibly a good role-model?? She also really appreciates that he offered training, and it kind of solidified him in her 'awesome people' category. And as it turns out, football isn't bad, either.

hellcommander

JAIME REYES/BLUE BEETLE II

That one guy who's been around the City forever, who helped her out when she got herself shot, with the really awesome suit. Also, Abby's boyfriend, which she knows from hefty stalking of Terry and all his friends. He seems friendly, useful, and best of all, not terribly involved with Bats.

owwmyspine

JASON TODD/RED HOOD

If anyone in the City were her personal hero, it'd be this guy. First off, he's the second Robin, awesome. Basically her inspiration for everything (even though he died. Could have happened to anyone!), and she's convinced that his idea to use her as Joker bait would have been totally awesome and super successful if she hadn't gone and ruined it. But since she did go and ruin it, and since he was the one to pull her out and rescue her, he'd earned himself a special place in her heart. All it's done since then is grow, and she's come to hold Jason in almost the same regard she held Batman, back home. It helps that she doesn't have much of a connection to the Batman here. Anything Jason says or does is taken as gospel, any suggestions are immediately acted on. And since disappearing, she's taken it on herself to take the next step and become even more like him. Those murderers, rapists, and drug dealers won't just kill themselves!
Now that he's back again, and with two other incarnations between this one and the current one, Carrie has a strange relationship with him. You can't just make all that love/hero worship go away, but she's trying pretty hard to surpress it, because she has no history with this version and that would be very weird. To just meet someone that adores you. Yeeeaahhh. So she's toned it down as best she can. She views him now as pretty much her only ally in this lifestyle, and even invited him to be her roommate in the shitty apartment she moved into after leaving the Titans Tower. He's a good friend of hers, even if he doesn't know it yet.

undeadsidekick

JESSICA WAKEFIELD

Jason's underage girlfriend. Yep. Totally different from Miho, the girlfriend of three Jasons ago, and Carrie's still not totally sure how it happened. Or why he's into her. Or if she has any good qualities (there must be something good about her, right?) Totally keeping an eye on her EVEN THOUGH THEY'VE NEVER EVEN TALKED yep.

sweetvalleygirl

KANAYA MARYAM

Tavros's decidedly over protective friend! She and Carrie have definitely butted heads, starting with Tavros's vigilantism and finding loads of little things after that, but Carrie doesn't actually dislike her. Or at least, she's trying not to. Her intentions are obviously good, so she'd rather not make an enemy of her. …But she is pretty frustrating.

tastingcolors

KARA ZOR-EL/SUPERGIRL

Carrie really likes Kara- which surprises her a little. She definitely hadn't thought she'd come to like anyone in the Superfamily much, after confronting Superman at home. But Kara's not only nice, and apparently willing to humor Carrie's requests for travel and language lessons, but a facilitator in her on-going goal of reaching Jason's level. Jason had traveled to other countries and learned different languages, after all. And Kara, nice as she is and as much as Carrie enjoys her company, looks like she'll be one more useful stepping stone.
Currently she's a little wary of her. She still likes her, but being cut off from the Bats+Kara having close ties to Batman+Kara having totally unfair superpowers and Carrie killing people... it just doesn't seem like a wise association to keep up.

supertorso

KON-EL/SUPERBOY

This guy wears the S-crest and isn't a huge asshole…? Weird?? She instinctively disliked him at first, and the red Kryptonite influence didn't exactly help, but Tim convinced her to give him a chance, with pretty convincing logic. She officially likes him, but a tiny bit tentatively. Superman wasn't exactly an ally, back home.
He's back again, neat! She'd be more enthusiastic if this had beenbefore she'd disowned the Bats, but still still talk to him without getting close. At all. See Kara. But she also knows that he and Tim used to date, and so she'll do what she can to hook them up again. Because even from afar, she's a good sister/troll. B(

theteenofsteel

THE JOKER

AAAA HATE. She used to think he was just an 'eh' villain (he's dead in her timeline, after all, how big a threat can he be? :|) buuuut she's since learned a tiny bit of respect for him. Mostly just I HATE YOU beams, though.

he_is_wild

MIHO (dropped)

Miho at first presented a tantalizing mystery. Someone that had connections to both Jason and (spider)Terry? How could she not look into that? She'd always known that Miho was alarmingly good at her job (namely, as far as Carrie can tell, killing people), but she'd always viewed her as a game. Until recently. After Jason was ported out, she's viewed Miho as a way to reach his level. If she's going to start doing his job, she's going to have to be good enough to do it. It seems like Miho can provide her with both the skills, and the right emotional mindset. Carrie's definitely viewing her as more of a teacher/useful tool than a friend - the first step toward the right mindset?

likeahousecat

NINA SAYERS

Nina is… a little bit bewildering! She seems so fragile, how does anyone like that even cope? But she'd been Terry's roommate, and she doesn't really seem to have many close friends, so Carrie feels a little obliged to look out for her. She's concerned for her without really knowing how to say it, or even feeling like she has a right to - so she'll just keep her attention to quiet stalking/occassional drop-ins.

herturn

SELINA KYLE/CATWOMAN

Catwoman isn't too impressive back home, just sort of sad and old. She's learning that there's a huge difference between them though, and Selina is slowly making it onto her *_* SO COOL list, especially since training with her.

meowminx

TAVROS NITRAM

How does a sidekick do a sidekick?? Carrie's still not entirely sure how she wound up with Tavros being her… partner… helper… sidekick thing,or how and what she's going to teach him, but she's determined to try!! At first it was just a general SURE I'LL SHOW YOU THE ROPES, but slowly she started actually liking him. He's a timid little thing with terrible fashion sense, but he has his moments! Carrie's determined to turn him into something impressive if it kills her. B(

peanutblooder

TEREZI PYROPE

Tavros's… slightly weird friend from home. She doesn't seem to be big on personal space, and does an awful lot of grinning, but Carrie gets the feeling there's a little more behind that. She saw the act drop once with Tavros and Kanaya, and that's the kind of thing she likes to take note of. But despite all that, she seems like an interesting person!

seeingeyespit

TERRY MCGINNIS/BATMAN (dropped)

Terry is one of her favorite people in the City, even if she feels a tiny bit more loyalty to Jason. But seriously. He's a Batman! He's from the future, like her! He doesn't! have a Robin! Could she ask for anything more?? Her stalking has paid off a little since she's kind of sort of finally getting to work with him, and even if he's not Bruce that makes her incredibly happy. She doesn't have near as much respect for him as she had for Bruce though, mostly because of how young he is. Batman is only three/four years older than her, what? 8( Still, general awesome. She's even coming to think of him as a friend (no matter what his thoughts on it are) -- also, as one dark little spot in a generally cheery relationship, she's pretty sure he doesn't respect her very much. Not usually a problem when other people do it, but he'sBatfolk. She's still working to gain respect, but it's getting a little annoying.

battothefuture

TERRY WARD/TRAUMA (dropped)

He started out as a project -- also as someone to snatch away and "save" from the Scarecrow. But since then she's come to really really like him, to the point of getting upset at the thought that he'll have to pick between her and Crane at some point.
He's amusing, he's useful, he's willing to work with her, and she can keep an eye on him and make sure he doesn't turn into a supervillain. Not that she thinks he will. She's 95% convinced he's a good person that's just overly dramatic. With bad past experiences. She's definitely not afraid of him though, because she can tell he doesn't mean intentional harm. And she trusts him not to cause unintentional harm, too.
More unique to Terry though, because she's fearless around loads of people she probably shouldn't be fearless around, is that she views him as a peer. Adults are either mildly interesting/useless or respected, and anyone her age or (slightly older, or) younger is usually just in the mildly interesting/useless group. She considers Terry even with her though, which means he not only gets merciless pestering, but confiding-in and all those silly trust-based things.

iknowyourfear

TIM DRAKE/RED ROBIN

She was pretty intensely curious about this mysterious Robin at first, and curiosity sort of started to shift to intimidation when she realized how… old and professional he was. Why is this alternative third Robin so much obviously better at it than her? D: She likes him more and more the better she gets to know him, though. He seems to be the only Bat around that takes her seriously, and she feels a strange sort of Robin solidarity with him. What a bro. :>
Currently: one of the more painful disconnects from the Bats, because she really had liked him. But it's necessary, especially because she knows he'll view duty over friendship. And that can be a bit scary, because this is Tim. 8( A well-trained Bat. But despite all that, she'll still sign him up for charity dates/try and hook him up with Kon, because you can't totally kill all meddling impulses.

123youreit

VIC SAGE/THE QUESTION

As much as she wants to be on her own and figure things out for herself, Carrie recognizes that she may need some older-and-wiser input along the way. She's reluctant to take it from someone from her own (sort of) universe, what with her distancing from everything Bat-related, but Vic is pretty cool. And he's also offering said input. And he seems to just get things. She's slowly coming to the conclusion that he'd probably be a pretty awesome mentor-type, and she'd do better to listen to him than not.

nottheanswers

ZATANNA

She's that one lady. You know, the one who's everywhere, and super powerful, who wasn't really around at home. She seems to host really great parties, maybe Carrie should get to know her better for that…
