I never got *the moment* when trying on my wedding dress. Maybe because I always knew it was the style I would get? Maybe because I was overwhelmed by the bargain offers that the desperate salon people kept pitching? (But that whole debacle is a story for another time - probably another time soon, since I realize I've never described my dress hunt

Aww, there aren't enough cute children in my life! James' nephew is cute but he's barely a kid anymore!

I can't wait to see her! Little kids are way too cute!!

So.. on to me. Haha. My mother is picking up my dress this week, and I have an appointment to get it cut on the 24th. Everything is rolling along just peachy.

That is awesome! Please take pictures :) I want to see it! And I hope the tailoring goes smoothly and is not too pricey. You must be so excited to be going home!
