taking your bill payments and entering them into the cash register

giving you a paid receipt upon receiving said payment

I'm going to print this out and post it at the bar. Kuz seriously, I can't talk to customers, get them ice water and/or carafes of milk, or silverware and/or pastry case items AND make drinks at the same time. Just no.

i think i'm covering wednesday morning? so not only will i irritate people with my ineptitude, i'll have them feeling that they are superior to me. which clearly isn't true. j/k ;)
i read this blurb that you should allow...space? for the dumb asses of the world. because they'll always exist. so you gotta let it go. i dunno if that's a comfort or not.

Oh yeah, for the staff meeting--thanks for reminding me! :) Frankly, I'm amazed it hasn't been cancelled again. I'll try to leave out some notes for you to use just in case people aren't content to just come back later.

I normally do allow them space, but this skeezy guy was definitely invading my space and making me feel uncomfortable.
