I know I read this for the first time this morning and I'm on my 4th bottle. Although this is one of those email things so I don't know what to make of it but it can't hurt.

i've always taken the coke facts with a grain of salt. but yer right it doesn't hurt to drink more water.

Well I can vouche for the toilet thing. I have tried it and it does work. Scary but it does.
