Well...i got my shoulder fixed woo hoo! it feels so much better.i go back on monday for an MRI so i hope that goes all well. This weekend has been great 3 day weekends are the best.I need to get back on my exercising again so i dont gain more weight haha, well thats all for now layter nite! p.s.Give me some Comments on the new b/g and format and
