As you all are aware, there was a Kraken found in the Puget Sound last week. This is an updated on the details of analysis and biopsy that I have completed. As well as attached information found on the event. As we believed, the local authorities are covering the incident up in order to stop a mass panic situation. I fear, however, that the Cabal are involved at a deeper level.
Biopsy results have relieved that the Kraken's nerve endings of the epidermis were damaged to a slight degree. They appear to be burned, but not extensively. The damage is similar to heat contact of humans with hot glass surfaces such as light bulbs. However the cause of death appears to be a combination of things.
The pictures that Ashley and Will provided show that the Kraken had a mortal wound. It would be fair to assume that the creature fled from what caused this and the nerve ending burns. Since the brains of a large squid are very complex it would also be fair to assume that this heat drove the poor creature mad. Which led to it fleeing to the waters that would cause a seemingly natural death.
The nerve ending burns bare an uncanny resemblance to those done by a ADS - Active Denial System. The US Military has been developing these for crowd control. The electromagnetic radiation wave it sends out is of a frequency at 95 GHz. It simply makes the water molecules of the epidermis heat to 130 °F and cause extreme heat due to the depth of the nerve endings. Now imagine this at the water depth that Krakens live at.
It seems as if you and I were correct, Watson. The Cabal have been experimenting again and are becoming much more frequent and prudent about it. All members of Sanctuary are to keep your eyes and ears open for further events such as these in urban, city, and Abnormal societies. We need to know what is happening.
Will, if you would be so kind to create a document explaining the sociopolitical perspective of using ADS or a variant of it. It would greatly aid us all.
I am also currently on my way to speak to our European allies to see if their communities have been affected as well. I should return within a few days.
