I guess this is cheating because Reinhold Messner is an album, but I don't really listen to music when I fall asleep and I usually have trouble falling asleep to music. However, I have had some of my deepest airplane sleep while listening to this album. It's weird 'cause it's a very dynamic album-"Narcolepsy" is by no means a quiet song; few songs on the album are-but maybe it's the most effective at drowning out the airplane noises and replacing them with something that makes being in a giant, winged metal cylinder thousands of miles above the Earth's surface less tedious and more magical and hopeful.
