Ten-word-story thing. Ha ha. There are all these different topics but since I ended up doing Rei and Kaoru it's PRETTY MUCH ALL SECRETLY ANGST.
Ten Words or Less Meme
Write 10 different categories of fic, each in 10 words or less.
1. Angst:
"You won," Kaoru whispers to an empty room. What now?
2. AU:
"Knew you'd be here," Kaoru says grimly through opium-den smoke.
3. Crack!fic:
"I have a pill for that, too," Rei says, smirking.
4. Crossover:
"Saint-Just?" Oscar says, puzzled. "I imagined someone... different."
Andre stares.
5. First Time:
"It's no big deal," Rei drawls. Kaoru disagrees, but silently.
6. Fluff:
Rei burrows closer in her sleep. Kaoru holds her, grateful.
7. Humor:
On good days they make each other laugh without words.
8. Hurt/Comfort:
"Pneumonia," Kaoru growls, and holds Rei closer. "Idiot." Rei smiles.
9. Smut:
Rei kisses her sloppily. Her hands are careful, though, elsewhere.
10. UST:
They're inches apart, in painful silence. Rei moves away first.
...and having inflicted that pointlessness on you all I run away to work.
