I officially quit my job with the basketball team this morning. No amount of compensation they can give me is worth my happiness.

I haven't felt this free in two years.

Thanks! I actually emailed my boss, and I haven't heard anything back from her. I know she read it about 10 minutes after I sent it, but I specifically told her that I don't want her calling me and I don't want to talk about it anymore. Just that I'm done with the whole shindig. And the funny thing is I know some people already know about it, so I'm curious how it got out so fast.

Good for you hun! The job just seemed like hell on you and you really didn't deserve the kind of treatment you were getting. And like you said in the grand scheme of things money means nothing when compared to your own physical and emotional wellbeing. :)
