Search: RUN in your start menu. Once the run command opens, type in regedit. Careful! You don't want to mess around too much in here!

Go to local machine, software and find itunes. Delete it COMPLETELY.

Try re-installing.

That should work.

Regedit gives you a complete list of programs on your system, hidden or not, and deleting them from there, deletes all traces.

Good luck!

Orrrr... alternatively, google the file name you're missing, download it, and stick it in the folder that the error says it should be in. You probably need to try re-installing it again to get that info.

Apparently it's a Quicktime file but it doesn't say WHICH one I need, only what folder it was supposed to be in.
Ugh.

Well if it tells you what folder, maybe I could send you the same folder I have with the file in it since you don't know which one? I have quicktime.

I tried doing the regedit thinger and deleting both quicktime and itunes and...
That didn't help.
I tried reinstalling itunes after that and it still says the quicktime file is missing.
UGH.
It says I'm missing "quicktime.msi"
