Thank you so much, Cinco for the nudge. I know I haven't posted in a while!

I have been in the moving process and while I have done this way too many times in my life, this one has been the move from hell. The U-haul I reserved was too small, so I have had to shell out a bundle in road trips back and forth. My roommate decided at the very last ( Read more... )

Funny, I was just thinking about you! You have my sympathies with moving. That's a form of hell all on it's own even when it goes smoothly. I've never had one go smoothly so I don't know why I even said that! Glad you hear you are doing ok, hope you get your cable and internet in soon.

I am fully plugged in now, so life is much better! Some moves have gone smoother than others, but these last two, not so much. One move was downsizing and with this move, I have more space, but nothing like when I had 1200 square feet that was all mine!

I really want to down size. We are in 1800 sqft right now, it's just too much room and a PITA to clean. I hate house work more than anything in the world so it tends to be neglected. I'd be much happier in 900 to 1000 sqft, gives me an extra room for the foster cat and horse models and no where near the space to muck up.
