:) I'm giddily excited for this 'verse. I love the cop!verse dearly, but I think my muses were itching for a little bit of action. This 'verse has it in spades. I think, after everything's said and done, my muses should be careful what they wish for!

Yeah, about that. *scratches head* I have a rule that I don't begin posting a story until it's completely written. (I cite the two crossovers that have been sitting, unfinished, for over two years now as concrete proof as to why I invoked that rule.) I truly thought Bulletproof was only going to be two chapters, which was why I added the link for chapter two as I thought I'd be opening up the entry as soon as I spell checked it one last time. But as I read it over and nit-picked it endlessly, I decided I didn't like how abruptly it ended. So I'm writing a third chapter as I speak now, which I hope will be completed soon. Once that's done, I'll release the second and hopefully third chapters. I should probably make that link inactive for now, so thanks for reminding me. I promise you I'll release chapter two as soon as I'm satisfied with the new ending. Thanks for the comment!

Also, I love that icon. It's awesome. :)

This is just awesome! I'm not really one for AUs, let alone zombie AUs. (Although I love "Endzeit"/apocalyptic stories. I just like them more without zombies.) But Pike is my all-time favourite character, and I'm practically craving for any tiny snippet that has him in it. Especially after Into Darkness. And especially if it's as well-written as this.

I like your style of writing, most of all the sarcastic parts that fit so well and add to the atmosphere. And Kirk! Even better, both Kirks! I'm so looking forward to that.
