I am one of those people who on occasion has written a customer service letter. I have written about both positive and negative customer services experiences I have received. I usually forget to write good letters, but I wrote two today ( Read more... )

I say write it. I'm always threatening to write those letters, but only do it about half the time and I end up feeling extremely frustrated when I don't. They won't know why you don't go back to them if you don't tell them, which means they've got no opportunity to improve their performance.

I think I'm going to do it. Now I just have to find the name of the head of the agency.

Burn that bridge. Personally, I don't think it's going to do anything. I have a funny feeling it's either a franchise, or a 2-3 man show, and the person receiving the letter will be the one that upset you in the first place.

Ohh I wrote it and it felt good. I sent an email to the actual recruiter and will send a hard copy to the office.
