So, Saturday, my friend Hale and I went to the Bears game. After a long and crowded ride on the Red Line, we stopped at Roosevelt station. This is about .25 miles from the stadium, and should have been a short walk. Due to the CPD closing and rerouting streets, however, we ended up walking about a mile to the stadium, surrounded by scalpers,

Better story than in most of the Curious George books I've read....
though I'm fond of the one where the Man in the Yellow Hat throws a dinner party, George is nowhere to be found, and the MitYH brags that all he had to do for the meal was, "preheat the oven and toss a shiny penny in there."

This could be a great children's book. "Guy goes to a game."

I'm sure "douchebag" would look cool in that Fun with Dick and Jane font.
