The universe functions on very simple principles, two of which are as follows:
1. We are far worse than those around us would like to believe.
2. We a much better than we, ourselves, can ever understand.

The sad truth is that we sorta have to ride out the shit storm before we get where we want to be. And it takes time.

And don't worry, even an inconstant fraud can be a good guy to have around.
