So, I have a job. I'm the Office Administrator for the American Association of Diabetes Educators. I've been here for about a week and a half and am thoroughly enjoying the laid-back atmosphere, the friendliness of my coworkers, and the fact that every action I take helps out someone in need

Congratulations on the new job. I've got a couple other friends that have been in that type of role and loved it. I think that type of job is going to be my next move. I'm tired of all the drama in government work lately. The City of GR's IT department is a mess and is only going to get worse before it gets better. Right now I'm the only left in the development are supporting all the applications and the databases. Luckily there is no new development so it's all just maintenance. The common saying is "it's only one more day before we make the frontpage" because of how things are failing lately.
