2009 in pictures
So I was inspired to do a recap of the past year, posting 1 or 2 pictures from every month to show all the fun stuff I've done this year. It's been a pretty awesome year; my first full year with Jude. Now, without further ado, a monthly recap of pictures from 2009, or "How I got a Fiancee":
January: The year started out awesome, with my girlfriend of 2 months, Jude:
We also went to Cirque du Soleil during January, when it came into town at Atlantic Station:
February: Our first Valentine's Day! I totally loved her by this point, even bought her some balloons that said "Te Quiero!" all over them! :)
March: Not much this month, as I was working in busy season still, but we did get to go to a friend's bday party, and played laser tag!
April: We attempted to go kite flying; it didn't really work, but we had lots of fun doing it!
May: Big month! I took the trip down to Jude's hometown, Miami! We went to Orlando first and did Islands of Adventure, then lots of fun in Miami!
June: (Technically it was May 30, but I had to include it for June) I won an awesome arcade game on ebay, so we had to drive up to Louisville, KY to pick it up. We had a great time on a road trip! We even made a stop at Elizabethtown, site of one of Jude's fave movies!
July: Our first July 4th together - went up to Canton and hung out with friends, watched some fun fireworks!

August: Some of Jude's friends came up, and we had a great party for my Birthday!
September: By far, the highlight of the year. Labor day weekend was Dragon*Con, and that's when I popped the big question!
October: We went up into the mountains for a family vacation - Amicalola Falls! Jude still doesn't know what to think about the mountains....hehe.
oh yeah, also in October, we had our engagement pictures done professionally at the North GA state fair. They came out so good!
November: Went down to Miami for Thanksgiving, with my parents. It was fun to blend the two families together!
December: Christmas party with friends at my house, and family Christmas with Jude seeing the fully crazy family festivities that she's getting into! :)
And at the close of the year, moving into 2010, I got to end it just how I started it: with the girl that I love!
It's been a great year, and I know 2010 is only going to be better! I can't wait!
