Per Google's cache of their website (which is now just a largely content-free entry page?): "The Language Foundry is a forum for social poetics, forward art, & tactile language projects. ie. a platform to: "Free Language for a Post-Human Existence"" They rent/own/whatever the huge loft space where this shindig is going down.

The name does put forth some interesting imagery.
