Holy crap, that's a lot of money. I knew Oslo was an expensive place to live, but that people will just throw money around like that. That's enough to give me a bad back trying to replicate your success.
Yeah, its strange. Most of the foreign coins are Eurocents of 1, 5 and 10 cents each, but also some 1 Euro coins. I can understand people throwing them away, because they`re not usable here, althouhg the 20 eurobill was flabbergasting. I found that one in a locker at the university when I was putting my clothes before practise.
The other coins are mostly in the two smallest norwegian nominations. I usually find one or two of them each day. But also a lot of coins were tens and twenties as well, Which surprised me a lot. I have no idea why. Maybe the finance crisis has caused people not to fix the holes in their pockets? :-)
