That's a rather ginormous price difference. Plus beautiful mountains that you'll now get to know very well => great pics. Especially if you find good sunrise/sunset spots.
Yay for large batches of food and leftovers for days!
Yeah, the vegetable price is ridiculous in Norway. Was reminded of that when my family and I were in Trysil. Didn't know it was that much cheaper in Sweden.
I sometimes do some experimentation as well. Last time I cooked enough for four days. (Still eating that stuff). Not great, but okay. I think I know what I did wrong and have learned I should go with my hunches when buying rather than mixing my original plan with a spontanous one. :P
That would be cross country then. Thats going on skitrips, Downhill is mostly skiing down, and taking a skilift up because downhill skis are to heavy for regular trips.
We took the pupils on a forced skimarch two weeks ago, and I managed to break a skistaff :(

We stayed in Norway skiing mostly in the area we lived in(on the mountain side).
