Mornin'.

Well, felt a great loneliness when reading this, and the last chapter reminded me of the first italicized paragraphs of OS, the older Ennis, just existing, without Jack except in his dreams and longings. Wonder how he'll react when he finds out that Alaska wasn't far enough away.

End that bankroll. Maybe together they could earn enough for that cow and calf operation.

Like the progression, another take on how things could have been different had they taken a chance and let life happen.

--Nothing will ever be far enough away because their bond cannot be broken by mere distance. Or anything else, for that matter.
