Crackier version of above prompt:

5 times Adam accidentally put his dick in Tommy, and one time he did it on purpose.

Bonus points if one of the times features Tommy falling and landing on Adam's dick. ("What do you mean you accidentally fucked him? Did he fall and land on your dick?!" "Well, as a matter of fact...")

Crackiest I can think of: Adam gets stung/bitten (or thinks he has) on his dick and Tommy needs to suck the poison out. XD What is my brain.

Yup, ammonia in pee is perfect for jellyfish stings XD I was really badly stung once while surfacing from a dive (I used to go scuba diving) but luckily they had vinegar on the boat and I was the first one back on the boat XD The people who surfaced after me weren't so lucky though, everyone was stung and they ran out of vinegar treating me haha
