Oh, LJ... I have been lurching from one health problem to another. It's getting both tiring and annoying.
Currently I am having lots of pain in my left foot. I have a horrible limp, and the constant throb is ruining my sleep. Had an x-ray last week to see if there are any stress fracture(s), so I guess we'll go from there. The only positive is

Recipe recs I can do! I am totally out of practice at taking/styling food photos, so I wouldn't expect my food blog to ressurect. (It'll all be high fat/protein and low carb, though.)

When I started my own journey back in May (due to not being able to zip my work suit trousers any more) I was reluctant to stand on the scales, so I cheated and switched them to kilos, which I couldn't easily converts mentally to pounds and stones. That way I could track weight loss without getting discouraged by my starting point.
I ate lean protein, low carb and lots of fresh fruit and veg. I'm now 31 lbs down and the suit trousers still don't fit - only now I need to find a seamstress/ tailor to take them in! :)
