That was so easy i can hardly believe it. No heartache, no crying, no arguing - just top notch customer service and getting a problem sorted out... Currys 'store' obviously understand what currys distrubition centre and customer service callcentre do not, customer service, satisfaction and care

Clearly it's dealing with someone face to face that makes all the difference! All these other people are at the other end of a phone or e-mail and couldn't care less. Hurrah for the guy in the shop! :-)
