Hah! I have that same Mark Twain photo on my hard drive as well. It's a great photo and he had an amazing mustache.

Mark was so awesome. And Mark+Nicola just blew my mind. That's not the only reason it's on the list though. Cool to see someone else on my flist has this on their computer! You should do this meme, it would be neat to see your results.
