→ Changmin tries to understand the world, but he can't.
His World
Changmin is not stupid.
He knows when the world is no longer the same place it was just one year ago. He knows when the control he managed to grasp over his life, body and heart starts slipping away.
Changmin is smart.
He dips under his own surface and digs inside his soul to study the odd sensations and thoughts invading his whole being. He understands them, he fully acknowledges every irregular beat of his once unaffected heart, and he accepts them once everything fully registers in his calculating mind. The emotions he's feeling are foreign, unpredictable and absolutely consuming. He thinks about life and questions the possibility of it moving to a place where there is no coming back.
Changmin looks, then sees and then admits that the world can be such a tortuous bliss for creating something that can destroy the balance he tried all his life to set.
One person
Changmin stares at the object of his dilemma, the person who managed to turn his life upside down without even knowing. Innocent beautiful smiles, shining eyes, small nose adoring a practically small face. Then there is his body; tall, tall, tall and perfect. His voice is one you can drown into. The laughs coming out of his mouth are music to the ears. The shift between shyness and boldness in his actions making it hard for someone to resist him.
Changmin is smitten
He hears people calling him and wants to call him too. 'Minho', he rolls the name on his tongue and smiles because it flaws so naturally from his lips. He stares and before he knows it, the man of his affection stares back before lowering his head with a shy smile. Changmin's heart is beating irregularly again and for the first time he thinks maybe, just maybe he isn't the only one smitten. His mind, however, plays the rational guy and pulls him out of his dreams.
Two days later and Changmin thinks that the doors of heavens are definitely opened; because Minho is there, in front of him, shy, blushing and breathtakingly beautiful. Changmin holds his breathe, urges his heart to beat in a humanly way. But it's impossible, because the words coming out of Minho's lips flip everything stable in the world and flip his heart with it.
"I like you... I know it's out of the blue, but... Would you go out with me?"
Changmin is not stupid, he is smart and he knows everything going inside and outside of him. He thinks he knows the world, but he finally admits he doesn't.
Little by little, the world proves again to be something out of his understanding reach.
Minho is kissing him.
His lips are so soft, so warm so heart strikingly wonderful. Fireworks explode behind Changmin's eyelids and he kisses back.
They kiss and kiss and kiss and never want to stop kissing.
Changmin finally gives up trying to understand, because the words "I love you" come out of his mouth so naturally it's amazing. And when Minho says it back, Changmin finally understands that he owns his own world and it's actually nothing but a person.
Changmin finally understands that the world is his and his world is Minho
