So Jon bought me an iPhone. I love it.

I feel like I am losing my mind half the time. I can't control my anger or anxiety. I went to the doctors today and talked seriously about gastric bypass or lap and surgery. I'm going to go to a meeting and see what my options really are. I feel like this is my last chance to do something about my weight. I

I had gastric bypass almost 3 years ago, best decision I've ever made. just stick with what they tell you. it's a great help. :) any questions or concerns about it , don't hesitate to ask :)
