Note: Tear starting at armpit on left arm, should be easy fix. Tie in the front, stretchy under bust, needs a shirt under it.
It's at the seam in the crease of the arm between bust and arm.. so outside the armpit slightly? It does go all the way through, but it's at the seam, so it should be fairly easy to sew up.

22-24 in. pit to pit (no real stretch, just some give because of the low cut.)
16-27in. at the waist, where the stretchy panel is
