Also, you should cheer yourself up the fantastically vain but wonderfully fun way. Put on your best outfit, do your hair and make-up, and then take pictures of yourself looking gorgeous. It never fails to cheer me up. Totally genderized I know, but I would probably do it anyway, even if I was a boy.... with a beard....
