Well, David did have Headquarters on his back urging him to complete the office's inservice records. But then again, he could have had Don or someone else give Charlie's test for him.... ;)

I've always wondered about Charlie's reaction to having to take that test for the FBI. When Charlie told Don he took one for the LAPD he said it so offhandedly, regular, but when Nikki told him he had to take one with David, he turned into a bunch of nerves.

This was just... brilliant. I think you really captured Charlie's thought process here and like LG said, Charlie passing his LAPD test makes sense but with David at the helm? Yeah... I could see how he'd fail. Hell, I'd probably fail a polygraph if I had Alimi/David Sinclair sitting across from me too.

David: Question 15 - Do you want to jump me?
Me: *squirms in chair* Uh... no?

David: Liar.
