I wish I could comment on Tortall's shared border with Camelot, but it's been too many years since I read those books...

I actually just wandered over here because vensre informed me that you are an Arrogant Worms fan and I'm very excited whenever I find out about someone who listens to them.

Oh, hmm. Well, I hate to disappoint, but I in fact only own one Arrogant Worms song (that being Gaelic Song) which was given to me by my brother at some point many years ago. Of course, based on that one song they seem pretty awesome. Is it representative? Perhaps I should look for some more of their music.

It's possible I just got way too excited when vensre mentioned you having Gaelic Song. Hmm. It's... hard to say if it's representative. Yes? No? Musically, they play around with all sorts of different styles and do a lot of parody/pastiche. The humour and irreverence is quite consistent though. Their website lets you listen to all their songs, if you're interested - I recommend Last Saskatchewan Pirate and Jesus' Brother Bob, which are personal favourites.

Ooh, I do actually know Last Saskatchewan Pirate, though I didn't know it was the same group. I shall have to check out their website.
