Will you be my Judas?

It feels like forever since I updated and now I am doing it, I can't think of what to say...

I still haven't heard from my friend Deb who is in Malaysia. I am going to go this NZ news site where you can put out people's names and they'll tell you if they find them.

It feels like needles in haystacks.I still have her Xmas gifts. "Don't worry ( Read more... )

House of Leaves has to be an all time fave of mine. I read it on holiday Xmas 2002. It is so rivetting. You got yourself a bargain there :)

Not all people are giving you dirty looks you know. So you should accept it as a compliment.
The thing is, we dress much differently than most people do. We are unique, and people are curious. I think a lot of the time they are just interested to see what we're wearing and how we're wearing it. I think sometimes people aren't very nonchalant about it, lol.
Of course there are people who don't like how we dress, but I think most of the time people are just curious.
Hell, even I look at people who are dressed different because I want to see what they're wearing.

So try not to take it as an insult. ;-) Maybe they're just interested in you.

Yeah, you're right. I suppose it's just my stupid insecurities coming out again.

Thanks Jill, you make things seem less like what I think they are and more what they (probably) are.

I dress pretty crazy. However, I'm talkative. So I see everyone looking at me, and when I eventually speak to them they tell me they like looking at my clothes.

I've had several old women say, "You look like you're having fun!" Because of my clothes.

People are just curious about things they aren't used to. If you talked to people I'm sure they'd be cool.

(But there are some who are bastards who'd hate you even if you were in Abercrombie.)

Oh cool, you talk to them? I'd be waaaay too scared to do that. But I'll keep it in mind.

Yeah, you're right, they probably are just interested in what we wear I guess.

Thanks again Jill.

And much thanks for showing me the monkey site, I am currently pissing myself laughing at this: http://maddox.xmission.com/c.cgi?u=irule2

Thanks for your concern Diandra. I just got an email from Deb saying all is ok! PHEW!

Yep, we're planning on moving out on the 14th of this month - all things going to plan :P

Hah! You're tight actually - about the glaring looks coming from women. It's funny aye? I dunno hy they do it to us. I think it's the way that we present ourselves - that we dare NOT to fit into the sheep herd. I dunno, I guess I feel disgusted when I see girls walking around all looking the same, maybe that's how they feel when they see us?

Haha, thanks Diandra. I know for sure that if we were in town together, we'd cause insecurity in the eyes of the mindless pink girls. We'd remind them of what they can never be.

Keep your head up, 'cause you're an amazing person :)

Have a great day.

So glad to hear that! *sigh of relief* =)

Awesome! That's not too far off aye? Are you packing up yet? How exciting! hehe.

Yup, it's always the women. what you say makes complete sense. They glare at us becuz we are different, we do not fit into the mold they do. Fuck that, i will never compromise who i am. As you will never do. If they don't like our looks, then they can fucking look the other way.

HAHA!! I forgot that expression, "the pink girls" I love that!

Thank you Jess, same to you.

Be safe.

Yeah, I was uber relieved too.

Yeah, it's next Friday. That's if the rest of the guys and gals get their fucking forms in on time :/ Yeah, I have started throwing crap out and packing. I am not that excited 'cause I am a tad pissed off at Justin at the mo (he prob aint going to the BDO now - he said he was), but ohh well. It'll pass hopefully.

Exactly, fuck the stupid bitches. We shouldn't have to put up with their BS. Fuck 'em.

Haha, pink girls - it suits the cows :)

Have a great day.

Hey Jess,

I'm really sorry about your friend Deb; it truly is terrible. I really hope that she and her family are okay. All those poor people are in my thoughts. It's just awful. I don't know what to say.

And that asshole woman; she's not worth your hate. They're the ignorant ones, for judging just on appearance. I haven't seen you, but to be honest, even if you looked like Shrek on 'shrooms, who cares? It's only because she's too insecure to see past appearances. She's honestly not worth your time. As for your question...I tend to look in the distance - it keeps my head up so I can appear confident, but I don't have to look at anyone staring. I hate crowds anyway.

Yes, your new year does sound good. Just take care of yourself, okay? You're too great a person to be hurting yourself so much. No-one deserves that. *hugs*

Take care as always xx

Thanks, she is ok - which is a relief. Thank you for your hope though :)

Indeed, the people who glare are the ignorant ones. I just need to remember that.

Mmm, the distance is a safe spot to look huh? You maintain that facade while breaking inside...

Thanks again.

I hope your New Years was ok?

Take Care

I hope your friend turns up safe. It sucks when situations like that are left hanging up in the air.

Take no notice of shrew faced women in BMWs. Christchurch is so full of people who look at you funny that I've pretty much stopped noticing them. If they do catch my eye they're just greeted by an inscrutable wall of shades anyway.

I think I've seen Ambush At Waco, several years ago. Koresh may have been a nutter, but the FBI and the ATF and probably several other three lettered acronyms for cronies of the rapidly expanding U$ police state committed a massacre that day.

Thanks, she's ok. Indeed, I really feel for those who will never know what happened to their loved ones. I guess the hope will never really fade, aye?

Damn, Chch must suck in that regard.

Agreed, the yankee 'forces' were a catalyst in Koresh's burning I reckon. Buuut, as always, movies are one-sided.

Haha, I like the U$ police state. It's damn true :S
