A bit late to the party, but I wanted to give a review anyway.

Your narrative was amazing, just right off the bat. At first, I thought it was Kankuro speaking, however, as the story flowed along, I realized it was Temari. I liked the little surprise there.

I've never thought about how merciless Kuro could be and I like how you portrayed him through Temari's eyes. Especially liked how she knew everything about him. They simply know.

There was something rather enchanting about this. I've always felt as if Temari/Kankuro never got much love and I can see right here that it's loved enough. How pretty your writing is.

Maybe what I liked most was the part where he relented and called her 'sunshine'. It seemed to come to a nice close there.

omgomgomg, your comments are so lovely! I'm really glad that i portayed how cruel he has the potential to be - even to family - through Temari. I've always thought that him and Temari would know everything about each other - it just seems right that they should:)

that's what (partly) drove me to write this - most sandcest fics include Gaara in some way, and i always felt that he was too... innocent in a way. Pretty? Shucks, youre making me blush! Thank you!

the sunshine reference was to the title, which is a line from a song by Pink Floyd (yes, i love them, guilty as charged), and i thought fitted them so well.
